PURPOSE: SecuraSpan Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) systems are designed to be used as an anchoring means for up to six personal fall arrest systems (PFAS). The SecuraSpan system may be used in situations where a combination of horizontal mobility and fall protection is needed. HORIZONTAL LIFELINE SPAN: The maximum horizontal lifeline span length is 60 ft. (18.3 m). The system length can be extended by using Intermediate Stanchions to create multiple spans (see Figure 1). The span length must be reduced when clearance is limited
